Instead of being people with unique needs, we are reduced to numbers with codes describing our problems. We call on the telephone to speak to our health care providers and are tortured with endless voice mail menus which translate our questions by recording to disinterested assistants. Appointment times are impossible to get, and mean nothing once we've waited for hours in waiting rooms.
At Porters Neck Veterinary Hospital, we refuse to let this happen to our clients. We strive to combine the highest quality medicine with the highest quality service. You will be greeted on the phone and in person by our friendly and concerned staff. Established patients are always offered to be seen if they are hurt or sick. Concerned owners are allowed to speak directly with our staff or doctors if they have questions about a patient under our care. Although our technical abilities are state-of -the- art, corporate formulas for unnecessary procedures and packages have no place in our practice. We will, as our motto states; "Treat your pet like one of our own".
